-How can I get in contact with you? 

The best way to get in contact with me is via email Phunkcityjewelry@gmail.com . Although I do my best to get back to each and every person in my Instagram DM's- messages get lost and the attention grabby nature of the app makes for mishaps. 


-When will my order be shipped? 

All ready to ship items will go out within 3-5 days, first class USPS. MTO (made to order) items run on a 10 day period for production. All domestic orders will receive an email with a tracking number and invoices are available upon request. 


- Return Policy


Although I have yet to have an inquiry for a return- please note that I do accept returns on a case by case basis of undamaged pieces up to 7 days after it arrives at your door. I do repairs for a fee depending on the work that needs to be done. Custom orders will not be refunded, as we do over all of the details during the production process. 



- What if my package gets lost or stolen?


Once the package is dropped to the post office- it is quite literally out of my hands. For an additional fee, you may opt to require a signature for the package (2.75) or choose the shipping with insurance at checkout. 



How do I take care of the jewelry?


In each package there is a care card with instructions, a muslin bag and a Sunshine polish cloth. Follow the directions and keep the jewelry in the baggie provided to ensure longevity of patina etc.



Do you do Customs?


At the moment I am not working on customs. I will begin to go through inquiries mid February when I move into my new house and set up the studio. You can email me at Phunkcityjewelry@gmail.com relaying interest in a custom piece and I will forward you the form to fill out!
